Does My Training Class Certificate Expire/How Can I Replace a Lost Certificate?

The Certificate of Instruction that Transcend Inc. issues upon completion of the 8-hour Initial Security Guard Instruction class does not have an expiration date.

If you need a replacement Certificate of Instruction issued for a class you attended from Security Guard Training Hawaii, email us at Info@TranscendRM.com with your name and date or approximate date you took our class. Generally, unless the class was prior to 2018 we will be able to send you a replacement certificate.

NOTE: We can only issue replacement certificates if you took the class from us, Security Guard Training Hawaii. If you attended class by a Transcend Inc. licensed Instructor please contact that Instructor for the replacement certificate; if you cannot contact that Instructor let us know and we will try to assist you. If you attended a class from a non-Transcend Inc. Instructor contact them directly as we do not have the records for certificates issued by any other provider.
